In ADDITION to web ordering you can order ANY product by EMAIL, FAX, and MAIL by downloading and/or printing our order form OR you can fill the form out ONLINE or on your computer after you download the form and you may then submit your order via EMAIL, FAX or MAIL!! Order Form Returns – ALL returns MUST be accompanied by (THIS RMA form, click here for form) by FAX or EMAIL AFTER you have put your item in the mail. You MUST provide a TRACKING number for your item. When we receive the item you will receive a refund for the item, including a refund for standard shipping cost of the item. All items must be in original package and undamaged. Defective and undamaged items can be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS: No item will be refunded until it is received by our office or warehouse.
